As of Thursday 14th May, we are excited to be able to welcome you back to the Boston showroom to view our extensive range of wardrobe organisers and doors.
However, in order to minimise risk as much as possible and ensure your safety and that of our people, we will be opening the showroom by appointment only.
This means that we need you to make an appointment with a Sales Consultant before you arrive at the showroom.
Please do not arrive at the showroom without an appointment, as we may not have anybody available to see you.
We are restricting showroom visits to groups of 2 adults maximum, and we will be ensuring that no more than 10 people are in the showroom at any one time.
If you are feeling unwell but have a showroom appointment coming up, we ask that you stay home - we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment!
At Boston, we are continuing to follow government and Ministry of Health guidelines closely throughout Level 2. Our Safety plan includes social distancing practices that must be followed both on our premises and onsite at your home, personal hygiene requirements for all staff and scheduled sanitising procedures.
Thank you for your ongoing support and patience while we all adjust to the current situation - we can’t wait to see you again.
The world has changed dramatically over the past few weeks, but it looks like New Zealand can begin to be cautiously optimistic about the future and begin the return to a new normal. At Boston, we are pleased to confirm that under Alert Level 3, we will be able to resume operations at our Grafton premises with some adjustments to the way we work.
Since Alert Level 4 has been in place, we have been providing estimates and designs based on measurements and photos that you have sent us of your space. This will continue through Level 3 while the Boston showroom is closed to the public.
As of Tuesday 28th April, we are once again able to do final measures on-site in order to get your jobs into production. We will also be able to resume manufacturing and installation appointments, which means completed wardrobes and a tidier world for you.
Your safety and that of our staff is very important to us, therefore we are following government and Ministry of Health guidelines closely to minimise risk of transmission. Our Safety plan includes social distancing practices that must be followed both on-site and on our own premises, personal hygiene requirements and scheduled sanitising procedures.
This is a time to rally around and support each other. As one of the many small, family owned New Zealand businesses that have been impacted economically by this pandemic, we really appreciate the ongoing support of our customers and would like to thank you for your patience while we all adjust to the current situation.
